Test Wiring — Bothersome but Helpful

“Ringing through” is the usual traditional test procedure for prototypes or smaller systems. It is either insufficient or, too slow for complex requirements.

Typically we test cable bundles with automated test equipment for conductivity with 28 VDC, for isolation up to 500 VDC and high-voltage of up to 1000 VAC. Customized test adapter cables (Groundware) connect the cable harnesses (Flightware) and the test automats. We offer to produce test adapter cables to third parties on a Build-to-Print basis. Depending on quantity and lead-time, manufacture will be done in Germany or India, respectively.
